Royal Astronomical Society of Canada/Canadian Astronomical Society J.S. Plaskett Medal
The Royal Astronomical Society of Canada (RASC) and the Canadian Astronomical Society (CASCA) convey the J. S. Plaskett Medal to the Ph.D. graduate from a Canadian university judged to have submitted the most outstanding doctoral thesis in astronomy or astrophysics within the last two calendar years.
